| Trim Challenge 2009 |
More than 150 members from all 7 clubs of Abs in Pune took part in Trim Challenge 2009 with great enthusiasm.
2 months of Nutrition monitoring and variety of group classes gave phenomenal results of weight loss to all members who enrolled for Trim Challenge.
Members had gala time with fun filled activities like trekking on every Saturday and Aqua Aerobics classes specially arranged for them at ICC |

To make sure people are committed and continue their New Year Resolution. Abs Fitness & Wellness Club organized a unique program called "I lost it at Abs". The program was a competition to lose weight and fat % within 60 days .Members of the club and also non members took part in this program . Each participant was screened through a highly advanced. Body Composition machine that scans people's present levels of fitness.
Research says that if a participant is consistent in his/her workout for 8 weeks, exercise becomes a habit" says Abhimanyu Sable " I lost it abs was an excellent program that made sure people stuck to their new year resolution of staying healthy and trim" adds Abhimanyu.

I love to workout at ABS as they have the very latest gym equipments. Also the fact that they incorporate yoga and breathing techniques like Pranayam which help to get control over the mind. Another important factor is the environment here. It is very healthy and the openness is very infectious. One gets very comfortable here as the spaciousness, lighting and the overall atmosphere is very conducive for exercising. The instructors here are also very enterprising and good at their job. They personally imbibe each regimen for every individual working out here. Each one is personally looked after here which gives it a more homely ambience, instead of a fitness school like atmosphere.
I have seen very tangible results since I have joined here. All in all Abs is a very comfortable, ultra-modern gym and the whole experience is very satisfying to me and my body.

Fitness is the latest funda in one's life. Lack of physical movement in our life leads us to join a gym, but in trim studio you not only workout but also feel different.
Slim is trim that adds loads of confidence, attitude and hope that you will become slim which finally brings a lot of hope and happiness in one's life.
When I joined ABS in November, amongst so many people I would feel lost and left out as I had no confidence and was very reserved. By the time I got used to the atmosphere at ABS and started losing weight, I gained confidence and was no more a reserved person but very much happy and started communicating and interacting with everyone well.
The day I don't go I feel as if I am sick. There have been at times that I have missed few days and when I go after days it feels as if I am in heaven.
There have been at times that I do eat junk food which is not right but they are so tempting that I can't resist. Then I do compensate by doing extra work out next day.
My family and friends are noticing the difference in me and this has boost my energy even more and has given me a different personality.

Working out is hard work! Pumping, stretching, toning it's an endless cycle. But for me, watching the scales dip and being able to fit into that one-size-too-smalzzzl pair of jeans makes the effort worth all the sweat. Apart from that and more importantly, I come away from the gym feeling refreshed and energized.
I find myself looking forward to working out at Abs everyday . With its various activities and competitions, enthusiastic instructors and the friendly atmosphere it's become a great place to work out, have fun and make friends.

Perseverance is the very hinge of all virtues." The smallest brook on earth by continuing to flow has hollowed out for itself inconsiderable valley to flow in ... Commend yourself to the virtue of perseverance."
Same goes for an exercise programme to be successful perseverance and consistency are essential and get that there has to be some amount of excitement and interest in the form of workout you do that is what I found in ABS constant variety, encouragement, challenge, excitement and interest.. The body responds immediately to challenges posed to it and it has worked for me I have started feeling stronger and fitter have built muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio vascular fitness and flexibility.... Thanks to Abs....
